• Prices stated above are subject to change depending on how severely soiled the appliance is. All appliances must be in a safe working order.
• Grill pans and baking trays are not included in the price.
• During an oven clean, we sometimes find damaged elements and damaged/perished oven seals. Damaged rubber seals can break during the clean. This is the responsibility of the customer to replace, however we are able to source and fit at a small extra charge should this be the case.
• During oven cleans, we request that customers and animals are not in the same room due to cleaning products/bladed articles being used.
• Although we use high quality products and machinery, we cannot always guarantee that all stains will be removed. Sometimes stains can reappear when the material is dry. This will be discussed with the customer prior to the clean being undertaken and a follow up removal can be arranged.
• Specialist stain removals such as blood/red wine etc will be charged at £90 per stained area.
• Drying times on carpet/upholstery will vary depending on factors such as the temperature, ventilation etc. We recommend that rugs are cleaned during the warmer months so that they can be hung outside to aid the drying process. It is ESSENTIAL that all areas that have been cleaned are well ventilated to help with drying times. This can be done by opening the windows/having the heating on whilst having some windows slightly ajar.
• We request that as much furniture is removed from the rooms, however we do move what we can on the day (beds and TVs will not be removed by us)

*Payment is required upon job completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and bank transfer.

*Please ensure that there is adequate parking in close proximity to the location of the job, and that the rooms are easily accessible.

*Minimum call out charge is £50.
